(TBC) participated in the Sustainability Expo (SX) 2025, showcasing its exhibition booth in the Better Living Zone, which highlights the challenges of climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions from human activities. The zone encourages visitors to explore practical ways to reduce emissions through everyday lifestyle changes and learn from leading organizations actively working to minimize environmental impacts—from reducing greenhouse gas emissions to advancing carbon capture and storage technologies.
At the TBC booth, the company presented sustainable packaging solutions that are environmentally friendly, including infinitely recyclable aluminium cans and bottles. These packaging options help reduce the use of virgin resources and lower energy consumption in the production process by up to 95%, significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions. TBC also showcased several of its key sustainability initiatives, such as:
– STAR CAN – A lightweight aluminium can innovation using material as thin as 0.240 mm, designed to promote resource efficiency and sustainability.
– ALUMINIUM LOOP – A collaborative project with value chain partners to develop and expand a Closed Loop Recycling system, allowing used cans to be endlessly recycled into new ones.
– ALUMINIUM SOLAR – Aluminium cans produced with 100% solar energy throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.
