TBC expands production capacity of Can Line 5 at TBC 2 to meet full customer demand, increasing output by over 250 million cans per year.
On 26 February 2025, Thai Beverage Can Limited. (TBC), led by Mr. Saroj Chayavivatkul, President, along with executives and staff, held a ceremony to inaugurate the capacity expansion of Can Line 5 at TBC 2.
This expansion involves the addition of key machinery including Body Makers (for forming cans), Decorators (for printing colors and designs on cans), and IC Sprays (Internal Coating Sprays for applying protective coating inside cans). These enhancements increase the production speed of 500 ml and 510 ml aluminium cans from 1,200 cans per minute to 2,200 cans per minute.
With this investment, TBC can now produce over 250 million additional aluminium cans per year, effectively meeting the growing demands of customers. The company continues to advance high-quality manufacturing standards to fully support the beverage industry.
