On January 21, 2022, the Nong Rong sub-district in Saraburi Province held an event titled “Nong Rong Unites to Develop and Reduce Household Waste” with Mr. Thinnakorn Boonsan, the Chief Executive of Nong Rong Sub-district Administrative Organization, inaugurating the event. The event saw participation from over 100 households.
TBC representatives shared their knowledge and presented successful community waste management examples from the Thailand Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment (TIPMSE).
This activity is part of TBC’s SG 2030 plan aimed at sustainability based on social, economic, and environmental responsibilities to meet stakeholders’ needs. It promotes the BCG Model strategy for driving Thailand’s sustainable economic development through social impact: community engagement to develop a sustainable society. This aligns with long-term goals for sustainable corporate management, focusing on “sustainable development” based on social, economic, and environmental responsibilities to meet stakeholders’ needs.
