TBC hosted its inaugural “Business Partner Award 2024” to honor and recognize its business partners for their outstanding performance across various categories.
On 13 December 2024, Thai Beverage Can Ltd. organized the Business Partner Award ceremony to acknowledge the exceptional achievements of TBC’s business partners. The event showcased the collaboration between the company and our partners that has led to mutual success. It also served as a platform to communicate future directions and shared goals for sustainable growth, emphasizing the vision of building a robust network under the theme “Strengthening a Sustainable Value Chain.” The event was held in Meeting Room 208, 2nd Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This year’s TBC Business Partner Awards were presented in several categories: Bronze Awards: 9 recipients, Silver Awards: 10 recipients, Gold Awards: 5 recipients, Special Awards: 2 recipients, including the Collaborative Innovation Award and the Collaborative Sustainability Award. The awards were assessed based on 5 criteria: Quality, Delivery, Commercial, Collaboration Project, and Sustainability.
The ceremony was inaugurated by Ms. Kanchana Jhonraleechanchai, TBC Senior Vice President of Commercial & Supply Chain Management, who emphasized the importance of fostering long-term relationships between TBC and our partners.
The event also featured a keynote address from the public sector, delivered by Mr. Pavich Kesavawong, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Climate Change and Environment, on the topic “Action Green Transition.” A special panel discussion was held with Mr. Sivach Keawcharoen, Director of Director of Climate Change Mitigation Division, and Ms. Rachada Wanichakorn, Director of Tax Planning Bureau, on the theme “Thailand’s Pathway to Carbon Reduction.” This provided valuable insights for businesses to understand government support and align their operations towards sustainable development more effectively.
TBC executives, led by Mr. Pavin Chayavivatkul, TBC Vice President of Corporate Strategy, outlined TBC’s vision to become a global leader in the aluminium packaging industry and achieve excellence in ESG, creating positive impacts for the planet and communities. Ms. Kitiya Santaveesuk, TBC Head of Sustainability, delivered a presentation on TBC’s sustainability strategy and the collaborative efforts required from partners to achieve the company’s Decarbonization Pathway goals under the theme “A Collaborative Journey Toward Sustainability.” Additionally, Ms. Pojanee Sukasem, TBC Supply Chain Manager, provided a summary of past collaborations with partners and explained the evaluation criteria for the TBC Business Partner Awards for the coming year.
